Customer ServiceAt Swim-It.com, we want you to be happy with your wetsuit or swimming gear. We're real people and swimmers, and we take pride in making sure other swimmers are satisfied with their purchase.

If you have a problem with your order, please e-mail us. E-mail is by far the most convenient and cost-effective method to communicate with us. You can expect to hear back quickly.

Ordering
You can pay by credit card or via PayPal. If you wish to pay by Visa or Mastercard by phone, please contact us and we'll help you process your order.

Price Matching
At Swim-It.com, we believe our pricing is fair. We keep a low inventory, which allows us to offer some of the best pricing and shipping rates, while still providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Occasionally, there will be better deals out there. If you find a legitimate authorized retailer with a better price on a product, all we ask is that you send us the URL so we can verify it. Then we'll be happy to match the price.

Shipping
All orders are subject to availability of merchandise. Due to constant change of inventory, the website does not always reflect if items are available (although we do our best). To keep our pricing competitive, we maintain a relatively small inventory. Our great relationship with our manufacturers, though, means even if you order something that's not in stock, you will likely receive it within 7-10 days -- or faster.

If you order an out-of-stock item, we will notify you by phone or e-mail of approximate shipping date. If you don't wish to wait for the backorder, you can then substitute or cancel these items if you wish.

In-stock items will be shipped via UPS, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx ground. Most in-stock orders take 3-7 business days to reach their final U.S. destination. Out-of-stock items may take longer, up to three weeks in some cases.

If you need something very quickly, please use the Express Shipping option. If the item is in stock, we can ship next day via USPS Express Mail. If you choose Express Shipping for an out-of-stock item, we will notify you that your item will be delayed.

Shipping charges are in U.S. Dollars for U.S. delivery. Shipping charges may be adjusted at checkout to account for heavy items (such as swimming fins).

Our shopping cart provides a shipping calculator, so you will know what your shipping charges are prior to checkout. If you choose UPS, actual weight-based UPS charges are displayed, based on your zip code.

International Shipping
We love to ship internationally! All orders requesting shipment to countries other than the United States will be shipped via Global Express Mail, Global Priority Mail, or Airmail. International shipping calculations are based on the weight of the products. Taxes and duties may be charged by customs in some countries, and these are soley the responsibility of the buyer.

All international orders will be held until all items on the order are available for one complete shipment. If any items are backordered, you will be notified by e-mail. If you don't wish to wait for the backorder, you can then substitute or cancel these items if you wish.

Returns and Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and let us know. We'll gladly refund your purchase or exchange your gear for something that works better for you. Products may be tried on, but must be unused in the water and in original condition, with original packaging. Please also include a copy of your invoice. Unfortunately, we cannot credit your return shipping charges.

If we owe you a return or exchange credit, these will be issued through your credit card or PayPal and then reflected on your statement.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer. So it's a good idea to protect yourself against loss of returns by sending Insured Mail or lnsured UPS. USPS Priority Mail with insurance and tracking is an excellent option.

Warranty
All of our gear is warranted by the manufacturers. Products which prove to be defective under conditions of normal and proper use will be replaced or repaired without charge during the warranty period. In the unlikely event that your product breaks, contact us, and we'll arrange for repair or replacement.
